Records Manager

Riverside Regional Jail is seeking a Records Manager to maintain liaison with the courts, State Attorney’s office, and other agencies. Review and interpret court dockets for case disposition to determine which inmates are to be released. Maintain records, documentation, and logs. Investigate incidents, when directed, involving issues related to Records.  Assist in preparation of Jail’s budget. And lastly, supervises, directs, and evaluates subordinate staff.

Minimum qualifications includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration or related field with at least two- (2) years of clerical experience in a public, private, or military organization.  Must be able to file, type and perform basic mathematical calculations.  Experience with inmate records preferred.  Any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.   This position is required to work (Monday-Friday) Saturday and Sunday off. Any 8 hour shift which may vary between 7am -6pm.

Salary: $47,681 (Additional $1,500 after completion of probation in one year. College degree incentive after completion of probation in one year.)
