Duties: Conduct an individual screening based on inmate input to determine specific areas of need to help prepare the inmate for reentry. Acts as a liaison for the inmate to coordinate internal programming and external community services available in preparation for release.

Monitoring and coordinating the schedule and assist inmates in the use of the computer lab.

Completes initial employment site inspections, secure new employers, complete initial program planning/risk assessments, and completes residency confirmation letters for offenders.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Criminology, Psychology or any other human service related field.  A minimum of (2) years of experience in a  private, public or government sector required. Prior experience in a correctional environment preferred.

Full-Time: $33,209 – $74,636  Grade: 18
